The standard
Certification is not a plaque. It is a promise your church makes to the people walking through its doors — that someone here has been trained for this, and that saying the hard thing out loud will not cost you your place in the community.
It means your team has completed suicide prevention training, that you have local counseling partnerships in place, and that your leaders are plugged into ongoing coaching and prayer support rather than carrying it alone.

A free virtual consultation with our founder to understand your church, your staff capacity, your budget, and what your congregation is actually facing. No pressure and no script — if we are not the right fit, we will say so.
We build the program around your church. Take the full curriculum, or start with a single module. Pricing flexes with your budget and the number of staff going through it — cost should never be the reason a church stays unequipped.
Your staff and lead volunteers work through the SoulSafe curriculum together, with materials, a companion book, and our team walking alongside. Monthly 90-minute group sessions connect you to other churches doing the same work.
We help you research and secure local Christian counseling partnerships, and put a written plan in place so that when someone discloses, nobody has to improvise.
Your church is certified, added to the national SoulSafe map, and joins the community for life. Annual recertification keeps your team sharp and your listing current.

No — and it is important we are clear. SoulSafe equips your team to recognise crisis, respond well, and connect people to real clinical care. We train the responders. We do not replace counselors, and we do not treat people in active crisis.
Pricing is built around your church rather than a fixed sticker price — it flexes with your size, budget, and how many staff go through the program. We offer à la carte modules, full-program packages, and discounted rates for churches sending larger teams. The consultation is free and comes with no obligation.
Most churches move through the training and coaching cycle over several months, at a pace that fits their staff rhythm rather than ours. Recertification is annual and much lighter.
Yes. Small churches are often the ones with the least access to training and the most personal proximity to their people. The program scales down honestly — you are not paying for infrastructure you do not need.
SoulSafe is for Christian churches of any denomination or background. Our non-negotiable is the belief that full healing comes through Jesus Christ. We do not bring this program into secular organisations or other faith traditions.
